Lucani Entertainment LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Little Known Facts mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Little Known Facts does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information directly.
Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your device using your device's built-in storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party:
- Your quiz statistics (questions played, correct answers, score percentage)
- Which questions you have already seen
- Whether you have purchased the ad-free upgrade
Information Collected Automatically by Third Parties
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device for the purpose of serving and measuring ads. This information may include:
- Device identifiers (such as your advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device type, operating system, and version
- General location (at the country or region level, derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction data (whether you viewed or clicked an ad)

2. How We Use Information
We use the information stored locally on your device solely to provide and improve the App experience, including tracking your quiz progress and honoring your in-app purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. AdMob uses its collected data for the purposes described in its own privacy policy.
3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that AdMob may use device identifiers and other data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent settings and applicable law.
Users may purchase a one-time ad-free upgrade within the App for $0.99. After purchase, no advertisements will be displayed.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not directly collect any personal information from any user, regardless of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
AdMob provides controls for limiting ad tracking for users in certain age categories. We have configured the App to comply with applicable child-directed advertising rules.
5. Your Privacy Rights
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- The right to know what personal information is collected about you
- The right to know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom
- The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information
- The right to access your personal information
- The right to equal service and price, even if you exercise your privacy rights
We do not sell your personal information. Google AdMob operates as a service provider under CCPA, meaning any data it collects through the App is used solely to provide advertising services on our behalf and does not constitute a sale of personal information. However, under the CPRA amendments to CCPA, sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising may require an opt-out mechanism. To opt out of personalized advertising, you can reset or limit your device's advertising ID in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy and Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information. To limit sharing of your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads, follow the device opt-out instructions above.

When you first launch the App in an EEA, UK, or Swiss region, you will be presented with a consent dialog regarding advertising data collection. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your device's advertising settings.

6. Data Retention
Data stored locally on your device (quiz stats, seen questions, purchase status) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or use the Reset Stats feature within the App. We do not retain this data on any server. For data collected by AdMob, please refer to Google's data retention policies.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party service:
- Google AdMob (advertising) - policies.google.com/privacy
Additionally, Apple and Google collect standard platform-level analytics and crash reporting data through their developer tools (App Store Connect and Google Play Console respectively). This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy and Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not control this data collection and use it only to monitor app stability.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information within our control. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Because we do not collect or transmit personal data ourselves, your primary data security considerations relate to your device's own security settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
